Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have at least one (1) year clerical/administrative experience
  • Prefer CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pay close attention to detail

Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Greet parents, children, and visitors
  • Answer incoming calls and take detailed messages
  • Make outgoing calls
  • Maintain organization and filing system of front desk
  • Assist with the enrollment process 
  • Maintain children's files
  • Sending and receiving faxes
  • General data entry
  • Bilingual is a plus!
Required Skills:
  • Excellent customer service
  • Typing: 60 wpm
  • Computer Literacy
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and up
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Intermediate Data Entry
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
