As a PM Daycare Floater at Little Duckling Early Learning you will be vital in ensuring a welcoming and smooth end to each day. Your responsibilities will include greeting parents and children warmly, tidying up classrooms preparing them to close, and providing ratio support in classrooms as needed during parent pick-up.

Key Responsibilities:
· Warmly greet parents and children, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED is required. CDA or higher is preferred.
· Previous experience in childcare center or similar setting is desirable.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
· Must be 18 years of age.
· Must pass a Criminal Background Check and pass a drug screen

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day. between the hours of 12:00pm-6:00pm
Payscale: $12.50-$16.00 per hour based on education and experience
Compensation: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
