About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Support the development of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Research and identify trends in the education and childcare industry.
Engage with our online community to foster relationships and respond to inquiries.
Help manage and update the company website and blog content.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative marketing ideas.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools is preferred.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
