Child Care Aide (Full Time) – $16/hr – Training Provided

The Opportunity
We are hiring a full-time Child Care Aide to support our classrooms serving infants through PreK.
This is an entry-level position with training provided, but it is not a low-expectation role. You will play an important part in maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children.
What You’ll Do
- Support Lead Teachers in maintaining a structured and safe classroom
- Actively engage with children throughout the day (on the floor, during activities, and transitions)
- Help maintain consistent routines and expectations
- Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and daily tasks
- Work as part of a team to ensure children are supervised and cared for at all times
This is a hands-on, active role—you will be moving, engaging, and supporting throughout the day.
