Little Beginnings Child Development Center is seeking an experienced early childhood leader to join our administrative team. As our center prepares for an exciting leadership transition, we are looking for a collaborative, organized, and passionate professional who is committed to providing exceptional care and education while supporting children, families, and teachers.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a well-established, nonprofit early childhood program serving children from infancy through preschool. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to support daily operations, staff development, licensing compliance, family engagement, and program excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree (minimum) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2–5 years of leadership or administrative experience in a licensed child care center
  • Classroom teaching experience with children birth through age five
  • Knowledge of Virginia Child Care Licensing Regulations
  • Experience with HighScope Curriculum
  • Experience implementing Conscious Discipline
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
